Mark A. Earles
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Earles founded Context4 Healthcare as part of the acquisition of healthcare coding and reimbursement assets from EMC Corporation and has since served as Context's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to Context, he served as Vice President of Business Development for NovoDynamics, a global leader in advanced digital discovery, pattern recognition and predictive modeling solutions and was responsible for its global commercial growth and development of its worldwide partner program.
Mr. Earles has served as Vice President, Healthcare Solutions for EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC) and Captiva Software Corp. (NASDAQ: CPTV) as well as a Vice President and General Manager for Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP). Mr. Earles has served as a speaker at various healthcare industry events and has published articles pertaining to the reimbursement challenges facing the healthcare industry.
Yu Wang
Director of Product Development
Yu Wang leads the product development efforts for Context, one of the original architects of Context's editing technology, Wang has led the development efforts behind ClaimsEditor® and RuleWriterTM.
After he completing his B.S. degree, he started his career as an engineer with Electron-optics Research Institute in China. Later he worked at Comdisco as a Senior Software Engineer.
Mr. Wang served as Director of Software Development for Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP). With responsibilities for medical coding and editing software development.
He also served as Director of Software Development for Captiva Software Corp. (NASDAQ: CPTV) and EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC). He was responsible for coding, editing software products and ClaimPack, EOB software development.
Mr. Yu Wang holds M.S. degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois. He also holds a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
W. David Terry
Director Product Management & Marketing
Wm. David Terry has held positions in healthcare since completion of his undergraduate degree. Dave began his career as a counselor with an inpatient behavioral health provider. While completing his MBA in marketing he transitioned into hospital administration and went on to serve in general management positions as Regional Vice President with Integrated Health Services and Divisional Vice President with Genesis Health Ventures.
Dave transitioned into the medical technology industry with leadership roles in GE Healthcare's medical imaging and biomedical businesses. While at GE he received both a Sigma Omega award for financial performance and a Growth Leadership award for sustaining double digit organic growth.
Dave's professional focus is driving organizational change, business development and general management. Dave holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees and completed the Management Institute program at the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Amadou Ba
Director, Project Management
Mr. Ba joined Context4 Healthcare in 2009 and is responsible for overseeing the development of Context's new technological solutions. Prior to joining Context, Mr. Ba led the development of EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) automated data capture and processing solutions for the healthcare industry.
Earlier, Mr. Ba held engineering management roles at Captiva Software (NASDAQ: CPTV), as well as Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ: ADP). He started his career in 1996 as a research associate working on automobile diesel particulates capture modeling, and then joined ADP in 1997 as a Software Engineer.
Mr. BA holds a Master of Science and Executive Engineering from Mines ParisTech Engineering School and a Master of Mathematics from Pierre & Marie Curie University in Paris.
Marge Klasa DC, APN Bc
Medical Director
Dr.Klasa serves as the Medical Director at Context. She is responsible for overseeing the development of all medical business rules used in development of Context's review engines as well as certification of all knowledge databases licensed by Context. Recently, she led the development efforts of Context's RAC editing module utilizing the existing ClaimsEditor® engine.
Prior to Context4 Healthcare, she served as Director of Software Development for EMC Captiva where she provided upper management and GIG units with healthcare industry trends and strategy. She has authored several health compliance articals, and presented at EMC Executive Briefing Center, HIMSS, AHIMA and the North America Radiology Association.
Dr. Klasa also served as the Director of Medical Content for ADP Context where she managed Worker's Compensation, Auto, Medicare and Medicaid and fee rule engines.
As part of leading her team's engagement in healthcare solutions, she is aided by over 20 years of healthcare experience in private practice as a Chiropractic Physician and Nurse Practitioner in the State of Illinois.
