We are looking for a dynamic sales individual to head our Regional Healthcare Provider Sales. This individual should posses an entrepreneurial spirit; seek a challenging and rewarding work environment and posses several years of experience and familiarity within the revenue cycle management segment of the healthcare industry. This position may work from a home office.

This individual must provide leadership and coordination of sales functions. Develop and implement sales strategy and monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop, and maximize company revenue growth and performance.
  2. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
  3. Gain a competitive understanding of company technology and technological differentiation of products and services.
  4. Participate in the development of new project and product proposals.
  5. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
  6. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Studies, Business or Marketing, Master's Degree is considered a plus.
  2. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  3. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
  4. Experience in overachieving sales targets and reaching into new market segments and directions.
  5. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  6. Position requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel to client and potential client locations.
