JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of a Software Engineering Manager, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise level systems.
Provide technical expertise by independently determining and developing approaches to solutions for a wide range of complex software engineering problems. Develop architectural framework and functional specifications.
Write high level design specs, unit test plans and integration test plans.
Develop systems/products using object oriented methodology in C#, VB.NET and Java.
Develop systems/products using service oriented architecture (SOA).
Perform database development using Oracle or SQL Server.
Analyze and code complex modules, define data structures, and specify test tools.
Develop new software engineering methods or processes, re-evaluate existing preprocesses.
Accountable for delivery of sub-system, anticipate issues and addresses proactively

EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

• Development of web-based solutions in XML, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Java (JSP & Servlet), and ASP.NET framework
• Object oriented development in C#,VB.NET, Java and C++
• Database development SQL server or Oracle
• Data structures, algorithms, computer organization and architecture
• Hands on ability to troubleshoot critical production issues and systems
• Development of web-based Healthcare Solutions preferred
• Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Math, Physics, Engineering or related technical field plus three(3) years of experience(Software Engineer , Web Developer or related software developing experience). In the alternative, will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Math , Physics, Engineering or related followed by five(5)years of progressive experience( Software Engineer, Web Developer or related software developing experience).
